April 27th: Boy, was this weekend a challenge. Company for dinner on Friday, busy all day Saturday, bridal shower on Saturday, out for lunch on Sunday, & a dinner at church on Sunday night.....WHEW!!!
Weighed in Friday, & gained
4 pounds!!!!
April 28th: Didn't eat past 7:30. Just realised I should be recording my water intake, too. Yesterday, it was about 45 oz, I'm guessing.
April 29th: Went out to dinner w/ my hubby, so was still eating past 7:30......
April 30th: Did not eat past 7:30.....
May 1st: Ditto
May 2nd: Convinced myself having a cookie was ok....at 8:30pm!!! HUH????
